Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You will be shown a shipping price at checkout based on this information.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Because of delays and mishandling of items we only offer Priority shipping and Priority Express shipping for international orders.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Insurance

All domestic US orders are insured up to the value of the product and come with a tracking number. International orders are not able to be insured.
Delays and Issues

Delays: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to potential delays outside our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged item and the packaging to process your claim.
